Terms & Conditions
- A $10,000 Security Deposit will be authorized on your major credit card – no debit cards.
- Minimum age to rent is 35.
- Minimum rental is a 4 hour rental.
- 100 miles allowed per rental. A $20 charge for each mile over 100 miles will be added unless previously authorized.
- Your auto insurance will be primary and we require a fax or text from insurance company guaranteeing coverage of this rental to you.
- We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, cash accepted.
- Drivers are subject to background and credit checks.
- Any cancellation must be made 48 hours in advance to receive refund.
- Security: we are committed to ensuring that your information is secure in order to prevent unathorized access.
- We will video each vehicle before leaving the lot to show any previous damage and the condition of the vehicle. Vehicle must come back in exact condition to receive a full refund of deposit.
- We will use cameras and GPS tracking to ensure safety of vehicle.
- No food or alcohol in vehicle.
- No smoking. $1,000 charge if detected.
- No sand in vehicle. If found in vehicle, there will be a $500 cleaning fee.
- Please park vehicle away from other vehicles. Dents and door dings are very expensive to you.
- Cleaning vehicle: please do not try to clean or wash. Our professionals will do it. $100 will be added to your rental to insure no damage is done to vehicle.
- Refill gas before returning. If oil light comes on, do not try to refill – we will do it.
- Vehicle can be used for promotional purposes, authorized videos/movies/parades/birthday parties, etc. See price list.
- Renter is responsible for any tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is in your possession. The renter is responsible for any and all penalties, fees, towing charges or impound costs.
- We do offer additional drivers. They must be 35 with valid drivers license and full coverage insurance and are subject to background and credit checks and a $300 charge for each additional driver.
