• Rentals are first come, first served.
• Daily = 6-8 hours. Weekly = 5 days.
• Must be 18 years old to rent and operate.

Rental conditions:

1. To rent an E-bike/scooter or bicycle you agree to submit beforehand a driver’s license or another valid identification, and a valid Credit/Debit card. Reloadable prepaid cards or CashApp/Venmo cards cannot be accepted. FantaSea Scooter Rentals, LLC (FSR) will keep your credit card copy until the equipment is returned.
2. You understand that riding a E-bike/scooter or bicycle requires both a good physical condition and the technical expertise of the rider.  You declare, without any reservations, to possess adequate knowledge and the appropriate skills to operate a E-bike/scooter or bicycle. No persons under the age of 18 years old may participate.
3. Helmets are provided on request and any injuries resulting from a rider not wearing a helmet are the responsibility of the rider and are in no way the responsibility of FSR.
4. The equipment is to be used exclusively as a means of transport and must be treated with care, common sense and diligence, in order to avoid any damage to the bike itself and other equipment and accessories.
5. It is strictly forbidden to use the bike for commercial purposes.
6. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that you have or may in the future have against FSR, THE EQUIPMENT, MANUFACTURER AND/OR DISTRIBUTOR and to release FSR for any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death, that you may suffer, or your next of kin, or child, may suffer as a result of your participation in electric biking and the use of the equipment, DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY ON THE PART OF FSR IN RESPECT OF THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, SELECTION, MAINTENANCE, INSPECTION, SERVICE OR REPAIR OF THE EQUIPMENT, or in respect to the failure of FSR to provide adequate directions or instructions as to the use of the equipment.
7. You agree TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY FSR for any and all liability for any property damage, loss or personal injury to any third party resulting from your participation in electric biking and/or use of the equipment.
8. This Release Agreement shall be effective and binding upon your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representative, in the event of your death or incapacity.
9. You agree to follow all rules and traffic laws as enforced by the State of Florida and the local municipality where your are  located.
10. FSR rejects any liability for improper use of the equipment or for the user’s failure to comply with the regulations and/ or laws of the State of Florida.
11. During the rental, FSR, at their sole discretion, may carry out checks with respect to the use of the equipment, and has the right to demand an early return of the equipment in case of improper use of the equipment. FSR may refuse service to any person they deem unfit to safely operate the equipment. If at any time FSR suspects a customer is under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol or otherwise impaired, FSR reserves the right to confiscate the equipment.
12. No refund will be issued to customers who unlawfully operate or misuse the equipment.
13. In the event of loss of keys or any accessories or damages to the equipment, FSR may require that you pay the necessary amount to restore the equipment to its original condition, plus fees for loss of income due to the time the equipment is out of service, as is the sole judgement of FSR.
14. In case of theft or total loss, you agree to compensate FSR with the agreed amount of $1,699.00 for each E-bike, $999.00 for each E-scooter, $899.00 for each bicycle.
15. The equipment must be returned within the agreed time slots indicated in the agreement, to the same place where it was rented. Leaving the equipment outside of the rental point during closing time will not be considered a proper return. Failure to return the equipment withing the agreed upon time frame without prior notice to FSR will be considered as an act of theft and therefore the user will be reported to law enforcement. In the event of a late return of the equipment, you agree to notify FSR in advance that the equipment will be returned late. A late fee of $1.00 per minute may be charged to my credit card at the sole discretion of FSR.
16. In the event of theft of the equipment, you agree to first notify FSR and then you must file a report with law enforcement and provide FSR with a copy of the theft report. You understand that you will be asked to pay the agreed amount (see above) as compensation for the stolen equipment. In the event that the equipment is found and fully recovered, this sum will be returned to you, minus any repairs that may be necessary to restore the equipment to its pre-rental condition.

WARNING: RENTAL EQUIPMENT IS NOT WATERPROOF AND CANNOT BE OPERATED IN HEAVY RAIN OR RIDDEN THROUGH DEEP WATER. PLEASE USE THE COVER AND BAGS PROVIDED TO PROTECT THE
ELECTRONICS IN THE EVENT OF A SUDDEN RAIN STORM. RENTER WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY WATER DAMAGE TO BATTERY ($500.00) OR COMPUTER SYSTEM ($150.00). RENTER IS ALSO LIABLE FOR
ANY LOST OR STOLEN CHARGER ($150.00). A $50.00 FEE WILL BE APPLIED IF NOT 100% FULLY CHARGED IF RENTED OVERNITE AND WAS GIVEN A CHARGER.
